We work 7 days a week from 5am to 10pm, so we can schedule around your day — early mornings, evenings and weekends included.

We’re based in Fresno and Clovis and also serve Madera, Sanger, Hanford, Kingsburg, Fowler, Bass Lake, Kerman, Visalia, Selma, Reedley, Shaver Lake, Millerton Lake and Chowchilla.

For interior window cleaning, someone needs to be home to let us in. For exterior work, many customers don’t need to be home as long as we can access the property and a water spigot — we’ll confirm the details when you book.

Yes. We serve storefronts, offices, apartments, HOAs, property managers and more, in addition to homes.

Soft washing uses low pressure and cleaning solutions for delicate surfaces like stucco, siding and roofs. Pressure washing uses higher pressure for hard surfaces like concrete driveways and walkways.

Yes — and most customers do. Windows, screens, house washing, gutters and solar cleaning can all be done in one visit.

Most Central Valley homes look best with a cleaning every 3–6 months. Homes near fields, construction or heavy sprinkler overspray may want it more often.

Yes. You can book interior, exterior, or both. Most customers choose both for the full effect.

Yes — track deep cleaning and screen cleaning are part of what we do. Just let us know when you book.

In most cases, yes. If the frame is in good shape, we can re-screen it with new mesh. If the frame is bent or broken, we can replace it.

Yes. We install new screens for windows that are missing them or have screens beyond repair.

Absolutely — most customers bundle screen work with a window cleaning so everything is done in one visit.

Soft washing is a low-pressure cleaning method that uses cleaning solutions to break down dirt, mildew and algae, then rinses it off gently. It’s safer for homes than high-pressure washing.

Yes. Stucco is porous and can be damaged by high pressure, which is why soft washing is the preferred method for stucco homes.

We rinse plants and landscaping before and after we work to protect them.

Most black streaks are caused by algae that grows on roofing surfaces, especially on shaded or north-facing sections.

No. We use a soft wash method with low pressure, which is much safer for tile and shingle roofs.

We pre-rinse and after-rinse landscaping around the home to protect your plants.

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water and is best for hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure and cleaning solutions for delicate surfaces like stucco, siding and roofs.

We can treat oil stains and usually lighten them a lot. Old, deep stains may not come out 100%, but they’ll look much better.

Not when it’s done correctly. We use surface cleaners and the right pressure for concrete to clean without etching.

Most homes need gutter cleaning at least once a year, ideally in fall. Homes with lots of trees or pine needles may need it twice a year.

Yes. We flush downspouts to make sure water flows freely.

Yes, we bag it up and haul it away.

In the Central Valley, most homeowners clean their panels every 6 months to a year. Homes near farms, dirt roads or with lots of birds may benefit from more frequent cleanings.

Rain helps a little, but it often leaves dirty residue behind — and the Valley doesn’t get much rain in the dry months when dust is worst.

No harsh chemicals. We use soft brushes and purified water that dries spot-free.
